I’m a Cesarean mom, just like you, and I am here to help you recover from your Cesarean birth (or births) no matter how far along you are in your postpartum journey.

The thought that repeatedly ran through my head immediately after my Cesarean birth was:

“What the f*%# just happened to my body? I’ll never be the same again.”

One thing that helped me accept what happened was knowing that change is normal in postpartum and it can come in many forms. Any pregnancy and labour will change your body - and life - forever, but there are so many things you can do that can help you feel like yourself again. Your new self, that is.
