Chocolate Junkie Smoothie

This mug should really say “Chocolate Junkie”, but I’ll take yoga, too.

This has come to be one of my favourite smoothies. It’s a good go-to for those times I’m not in the mood for a green or berry-based smoothie and just need a little snack (though it’s good for breakfast, too).

I use prunes instead of dates, because I find dates too sweet. Plus, prunes help empty out the ol’ pooper!

I’ve given the option of making your own hemp seed milk, or just blending in water + hemp seeds to save time and excess milk (if you don’t need any batch prepped).

Enjoy :)
