As I was doing my weekly grocery shop this morning, I was wondering what to make for breakfast. I remembered I had some lingering items in my fridge and freezer that needed to be eaten and thought I could make a smoothie with them, as well as some items I was picking up.
I typically don't crave smoothies during the winter months, but as weather is warming up here in Vancouver I thought I'd give it a shot. The smoothie I ended up making is way off season, but still a bit more hearty, which kept me full.
A sister to the Tropical Hemp Smoothie I created a few weeks ago, here is the green version, only this one's pretty thick!
