Simple Pumpkin Seed Mylk

Cute green little pumpkin seeds! Good for so many things, including:

  • a healthy dose of iron

  • rebalancing hormones

  • plant-based protein

  • muscle relaxing nutrients

These little gems are great tossed on a salad, eaten raw, even toasted and salted. But they can do so much more than that! Including, be made into a mylk (that’s plant-based spelling for milk). It takes just 5 minutes (that’s nothing!) and if you’re preparing a smoothie, halve the recipe and toss all ingredients in with the rest of the smoothie ingredients for a creamy finish and an even shorter trip to the kitchen!

Enjoy xo
