ESSENTRICS® is a full-body, dynamic stretching and strengthening program that elongates and strengthens the muscles and opens up the joints of the body while improving posture and flexibility, increasing energy, preventing injury and relieving pain.
Using elements of Tai Chi, ballet, and physiotherapy, ESSENTRICS® is a movement-based workout incorporating a mix of standing and floor work using only the body's weight and resistance. It increases range of motion, and protects and supports the body preparing it for complementary forms of movement.
STRENGTH-BUILDING SERIES | MARCH 20-APRIL 24
Join me for a 6-week series where we re-train and enhance the flexibility and strength of all our muscles, with dynamic movement that builds week after week. The focus of this series will be to open up the hips and low back while relieving shoulder tension.
This class is held virtually via Zoom. The first 10 minutes of class will be dedicated time for me to check in with you and demo the breakdown of a segment within the workout.
