ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards is a slower, more gentle form of Essentrics® meant to help your body relax into a deeper flexibility and release pain from your bones, muscles, and joints. Movements are done to a calming soundtrack, helping you soothe your tension, leaving you feeling like a new person.
Using elements of Tai Chi, ballet, and physiotherapy, ESSENTRICS® is a movement-based workout incorporating a mix of standing and floor work using only the body's weight and resistance. It increases range of motion, and protects and supports the body preparing it for complementary forms of movement.

Join me for a 6-week series where we re-set and regenerate all our muscles, bones, and joints with gentle movement designed to rehabilitate and comfort you and/or get you back to a comfortable level of flexibility.
For this series, we’ll be using props (chairs, straps, pillows) to assist with movement and support our bodies as we find comfort in deeper movements.
This class is held virtually via Zoom. The first 10 minutes of class will be dedicated time for me to check in with you and demo the breakdown of a segment within the workout.
