This recipe is perfect for a busy schedule and a busy mind:
coconut water will rehydrate your cells and keep you energized
avocado will satiate you, give you energy and jack up your brain power

RECIPE: Green Monster Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Liquid:
1.5C coconut water
Fibre:
1T flax seeds
Carbs:
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
1/4 large green apple
1/4 medium English cucumber
1C spinach
Protein:
1T pumpkin seeds or hemp seeds
Fats:
1T Brain Octane Oil (or other plant-based or fish oil)
1T (heaping) cashew or almond butter
Superfood:
1t maca root powder
Spice:
1/4t cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In the order listed above, place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, or use the blender's smoothie setting.
2. Pour into two cups, drink immediately and enjoy!
