Truth be told, I actually made this on Valentine's Day this year, but I just couldn't release another smoothie recipe in the winter. So, here it is - just in time for spring/summer!
RASPBERRY LIME SMOOTHIE

TIME: 5 MINUTES
TASTE: TART & CREAMY
ACTION: HORMONE BALANCING & ANTI-BACTERIAL
INGREDIENTS
Liquid:
1C coconut milk, canned
1.5C pumpkin seed mylk, homemade
1 small lime, juiced
4 ice cubes
Fats (optional):
1T coconut oil
Carbs:
1 banana, fresh or frozen
2C raspberries, frozen
Protein:
2T hemp seeds OR 1 scoop protein powder, neutral or vanilla flavoured
Fibre (optional):
1T flax seeds OR 1T chia seeds
Sweetener:
1T honey
Superfoods:
2t maca root powder
Toppings (optional):
2t shredded coconut, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In the order listed above, place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, or use the blender's smoothie setting.
2. Drink immediately and enjoy!
