Just had this bad boy for breakfast. Prepared it in 5 minutes. Easy, right? Recipe below...

Tropical Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients

Liquid:
1C coconut water (with or without pulp)
Fats:
1T hemp oil
Carbs:
1/2C mango, frozen
2/3 medium-sized banana, fresh or frozen
1/2 medium-sized orange, peeled
Protein:
1T hemp seeds
Fibre:
1T flax seeds

Instructions

1. In the order listed above, place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, or use the blender's smoothie setting.
2. Drink immediately and enjoy!

Modifications

1. Need more protein? Add a scoop of your chosen protein powder.
2. Prefer a frozen smoothie? Add 1/2C ice.
3. Want to chew on something? Add 1/2T hemp seeds on top.
