This class pack is ideal for the student who attends class once per week and wishes to attend on a month-to-month basis.

This beginner to intermediate level dynamic stretching & strengthening class will follow a moderately paced strengthening style of Essentrics and will use a combination of standing and floor work. It will help improve posture and body awareness, lubricate fascia and connective tissue, and increase blood flow for improved circulation and comfortable daily functioning.

Requires use of a yoga mat and additional props (strap, block, towel/blanket), as needed.
